Dr. Lauren Kollar, DDS

Dr. Kollar is originally from Sylvania, Ohio. In 2010, she earned her undergraduate degree at Miami University and in 2014 her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University. After graduation, Dr. Kollar joined the team at Fort Meigs Dental with Dr. Gannon. Dr. Kollar is thrilled to be home, serving the people in the community she grew up in.

Dr. Kollar took ownership at Fort Meigs Dental in 2019. She is honored to have the opportunity to care for the long-standing patients of this practice and welcomes new patients.

Dr. Kollar is an active member of several important professional groups including:

  • National Honor Dental Society-Omicron Kappa Upsilon

  • The Great Black Swamp Dental Study Club of Northwest Ohio.

Dr. Kollar is happily married to Jeremiah Kollar of Bowling Green, Ohio. Jeremiah has been a chemical engineer for BP since 2011. They are the proud parents of Cameron and Olivia. Outside of work, the Kollars enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising and being outside.

Dr. Andrea Deuschle, DDS

Dr. Andi is originally from Rossford, Ohio. She attended Adrian College where she obtained her undergraduate education and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at The Ohio State University in 2020. Upon graduation, Dr. Andi returned to serve the Toledo area and completed a General Practice Residency at The University of Toledo at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Andi brings hospital and private practice experience offering full service dentistry from simple fillings to complex treatments such as crown and bridge, extractions, removable and implant retained removable dentures as well as Invisalign. Her passion is connecting with patients who may feel anxious or apprehensive about coming to the dentist, and delivering care while creating a calm and compassionate atmosphere.

Dr. Andi currently resides back in her hometown with her older sister, Ashley, and her beloved mini dachshund, Ranger. In her free time, she finds peace in the outdoors through anything from fishing, hunting, kayaking, bike riding, or taking Ranger for hikes around various metroparks and state parks throughout Ohio. She also enjoys visiting her loving and supportive parents who live in South Dakota where the opportunity to connect with the outdoors is in even more abundance.

Dr. Andi is excited to join the team at Fort Meigs Dental and eager to serve the Perrysburg area and surrounding suburbs.

*EFDA stands for Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary. Our EFDA's have completed a rigorous curriculum and hands-on training program and are able to place fillings in teeth after the doctor has prepared the tooth.
