Hygiene Appointments

Hygiene appointments should be scheduled every 3-6 months. Each appointment typically lasts one hour for adults and 30 minutes for children. The appointment includes a professional teeth cleaning, oral cancer screening, periodontal charting, doctor exam and the necessary x-rays to evaluate for dental decay, periodontal disease and other pathologies.

Additional Treatment Needed

If you require additional treatment, we will explain the diagnosis and answer any questions that you may have. We provide treatment options and create a plan for the most affordable and appropriate care for your needs.

Your First Appointment

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of your current medications to your first appointment. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early and bring our patient Dental and Medical history forms to your first appointment. They are available to print at the bottom of the page.

Premedication

If you require premedication prior to your appointment, please inform us beforehand so we may prescribe the appropriate medication.

Pediatric Care

We begin seeing children at 1 year old. We encourage children to come along with parents or older siblings so that they know what to expect and are excited for their turn!

Cancellation

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can call our office at 419-874-3129 to cancel or reschedule.
