Dr. Lauren Kollar, DDS
Dr. Kollar is originally from Sylvania, Ohio. In 2010, she earned her undergraduate degree at Miami University and in 2014 her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University. After graduation, Dr. Kollar joined the team at Fort Meigs Dental with Dr. Gannon. Dr. Kollar is thrilled to be home, serving the people in the community she grew up in.
Dr. Kollar took ownership at Fort Meigs Dental in 2019. She is honored to have the opportunity to care for the long-standing patients of this practice and welcomes new patients.

Dr. Kollar is happily married to Jeremiah Kollar of Bowling Green, Ohio. Jeremiah has been a chemical engineer for BP since 2011. They are the proud parents of Cameron and Olivia. Outside of work, the Kollars enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising and being outside.
Dr. Maija Fish, DDS
Dr. Fish is originally from Marquette, Michigan, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology from Northern Michigan University in 2003. She then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry, earning her D.D.S. in 2008. Upon graduation, she was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps, and served on active duty for 5 years, and another 2 years in the Navy Reserves achieving rank of Lieutenant Commander. It was an honor and a privilege for Dr. Fish to pursue excellence in dentistry while serving the dental care needs of our servicemen and women.
She and her husband John moved to Perrysburg six years ago, and have four young children who keep them very busy!
Dr. Fish is so excited to join Dr. Kollar and the Ft. Meigs Dental team to serve the dental needs of our patients and community. She looks forward to meeting you!
Dr. Andrea Deuschle, DDS
Dr. Andi is originally from Rossford, Ohio. She attended Adrian College where she obtained her undergraduate education and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at The Ohio State University in 2020. Upon graduation, Dr. Andi returned to serve the Toledo area and completed a General Practice Residency at The University of Toledo at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Andi brings hospital and private practice experience offering full service dentistry from simple fillings to complex treatments such as crown and bridge, extractions, removable and implant retained removable dentures as well as Invisalign. Her passion is connecting with patients who may feel anxious or apprehensive about coming to the dentist, and delivering care while creating a calm and compassionate atmosphere.
Dr. Andi currently resides back in her hometown with her older sister, Ashley, and her beloved mini dachshund, Ranger. In her free time, she finds peace in the outdoors through anything from fishing, hunting, kayaking, bike riding, or taking Ranger for hikes around various metroparks and state parks throughout Ohio. She also enjoys visiting her loving and supportive parents who live in South Dakota where the opportunity to connect with the outdoors is in even more abundance.
Dr. Andi is excited to join the team at Fort Meigs Dental and eager to serve the Perrysburg area and surrounding suburbs.
